Simply go to https://www.yoyoink.com/my-account/ and fill in the necessary information. You will immediately receive an email verification from YoyoInk. Verify your email then you’re good to go.

If you have forgotten your password, on the login page, do the following:

  •  •  Click “Forgot your password?” 
  •  •  Key in your email address. 
  •  •  You will receive a link for you to create a new password.

There are 3 ways you can make a purchase of your ink and toner cartridges.

  1. Place an order Online :
  • Simply go to https://www.yoyoink.com/
  • • Create an account to avail reward points, promos and other discounts.
  • • On the “Ink & Toner Finder”, choose the Brand, Series, and Model of your printer and click search. If you already know what ink cartridge to buy, you may directly choose the Cartridge Number.
  • • You will then see all the products compatible with your inkjet or laser printer model.
  • • Click the “add to cart” button for the ink or toner packages that you want to buy.
  • • Click the Cart icon to check if you got all the products you need before checking out.
  • • Check out.

Login to your account at https://www.yoyoink.com/my-account/, then go to “Account Details”. You can edit your account information, including password changes. Don’t forget to save any changes you’ve made.

One of the reasons why your email is not recognized is because you may have changed your login email. Second, we may have disabled your account for a specific reason. Please contact us at 1-855-969-6465 or send us an email at customerservice@yoyoink.com if you cannot access your account.
