Most orders are processed by our warehouse within 1-2 business days.

We will ship the item through USPS, UPS, Fedex and others courier service providers with valid tracking number.

In-stocks items will usually ship within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment and are estimated to usually arrive within 3-9 days (depending on the carrier and excluding holidays).

Keep in mind that adverse weather conditions, remote delivery locations and carrier delay could cause your actual delivery time to be slightly longer.

*Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and US Protectorates.

Return Policy

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery date for a refund. All returned merchandise must be returned in the condition it arrived including all original packaging and accessories in order to receive a refund. We will credit the cost of the merchandize according to your method of payment (refund will be given as Money Back).

However, if for any reason this return policy is not strictly adhered to, we will not be responsible for issuing any refunds and will not do so.

As for the shipping costs as well as the import duties and fees required for return shipping will not be refunded. International orders will also be subject to the conditions as stated above.

For Shipping Damages, if the item reaches you in damaged condition, save the shipping carton and notify us immediately. Please do not return the damaged or broken merchandize to us unless you receive our instructions to do so. This is necessary so that you do not lose your right to file a claim. All claims for damaged goods must be made with the carrier within 7 days of the Delivery date. We shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages.
