Shipping Policy

Our warehouse processes most orders within 1-2 business days. We will ship the item through USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other courier service providers with a valid tracking number. Keep in mind that adverse weather conditions, remote delivery locations, and carrier delay could cause your actual delivery time to be delayed. 

*Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and US Protectorates.

 

Return Policy

  • We accept return within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund.
  • All returned merchandise must be received in the condition it arrived to receive a refund.
  • We will refund according to your method of payment only (refund will only be given as Money Back).
  • As for the shipping costs as well as the import duties and fees required for return shipping will not be refunded. International orders will also be subject to the conditions, as stated above.
  • For Shipping Damages, if the item reaches you in damaged condition, save the shipping carton and notify us immediately. Please do not return the damaged or broken merchandise to us unless you receive our instructions to do so. All claims for damaged goods must be made with the carrier within 7 days of the delivery date. We shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages.
