How to Change your Brother MFC J245 Ink Ink Cartridges Refill

1. Make sure your Brother J245 Ink printer is turned on. If it isn't; connect it to a suitable power supply and press the Power Button.
2. Open the ink cartridge cover by lifting it. If there are Brother MFC J245 Ink cartridges that have run out of ink, the printer will display them on the LCD screen. Please take note of them and then press OK.
3. Release the empty cartridges specified on the LCD screen by pressing the lock lever. Remove the cartridges by holding them at the sides and lifting them straight up.
4. Unpack the New Brother MFC J245 Ink Cartridge for the color displayed on the LCD screen.
5. Rotate the orange protective ink’s green release lever counterclockwise until it releases the vacuum seal, then remove the orange protective pack.
6. Put the cartridge in line with the arrow on the carriage's label – every color has its proper positioning, then carefully push the ink cartridge’s back until it locks into place. Repeat the same steps for each other Brother LC103 Compatible Ink Cartridge Colors.
7. Close the ink cartridge cover. Verify that the ink cartridge colors have been installed properly on the machine's LCD screen. Wait for the ink dot counter to reset automatically.
