How to Change Your Canon Pixma MG2922 Ink Cartridges

  1. Please turn on your Canon Pixma MG2922 printer by pressing its Power button.

  2. Pull out its Output Tray and Extension Tray.

  3. Raise the printer’s Top Cover and wait for the Cartridge Holder to slide into the replacement position at the center.

  4. Remove the Used Cartridge by pressing it down until it clicks, and then pulling it out from its slot.

  5. Prepare the New Cartridge and remove it from its packaging and Orange protective tape.

  6. Insert the New Cartridge into the empty slot at a slanting position and then push it in until it snaps securely into place. Remember to put the Color Cartridge on the left slot and the Black Cartridge on the right.

  7. Lower the Top Cover back to the closed position.
