No worries, you will have a few options here. If you notice that you made a mistake, do contact us immediately. We probably still can make the order right if it has not been shipped out. What happens if the order has already been shipped? Go ahead and place a new order at YoYoInk.com for the correct product and mail the original product back to us when you receive them. You can go to the order details, select the wrongly order item and select the return option. A return label will be provided to you so you won’t have to pay for the return shipping. Please make sure to return the product in SELLABLE condition for a full refund. If they are not, we can only issue YoYoInk.com store credit to you. How long do I have to return the product? You will have up to 365 days (1 full year) from the date of purchase to return the product(s). Returns beyond the 365 dateline are only entitled for YoYoInk.com store credit.
We noticed that most of these issues can be addressed by simple troubleshooting. Simply email us with detailed explanation of your problem and we will get back to you within 1 business day with troubleshooting instructions. We highly highly recommend you to include your printer model, cartridge model and any error message, as seen on your printer or computer screen, so that we can get down to business immediately. In any case, if our troubleshooting steps are no help, let one of our customer service reps know and we will ship out the replacement order at no cost within 1 business day. If you do not wish for a replacement, you can request for a refund. Simply request a return shipping label and ship the items back to us. A full refund will be credited to you once we receive the returned items in our warehouse. All orders are qualified for a replacement and full refund for 365 days (1 full year) of the date of purchase. If you have passed that time window, a store credit will be issued.
If you received the wrong item(s) in your shipment, simply go to the order details and request a replacement. Please include any notes about the wrongly shipped item, like brand and model, to speed up the process. Our warehouse team will ship out the replacement immediately once the request is processed. We will provide a return label for your conveniece. Please send the item(s) back to us once return label is received. In instances that you would like a refund, just let our customer services rep know in the request process. We will issue full refund upon receiving the return package.
With our Fast and Easy Standard Shipping, most orders will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days. If you do not receive the package within 14 business days, it is possible that your order is lost in transit or shipped to a wrong address. Simply contact and notify us of the incident. In order to ensure you not to go without ink for too long, YoYoInk will expedite the replacement cartridge. In the event when you eventually receive the “lost” order, do contact us to obtain return label to get the product(s) shipped back to us. If you decide to keep an extra set, let us know, we will gladly charge you for that order.
If, by any reason, the shipment is returned to our warehouse for incorrect shipping address or unable to locate the recipient, we will contact you via phone or email to re-confirm the shipping address. Then we will reship the items to the correct address.
If your product(s) is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. Okay, you actually have up to 5 business days after receipt of the package. Now, pull your iPhone or any digital camera and snap some photos of the damage package in the same condition as it was received. DO NOT DISCARD any damaged goods – this will help us file a claim with our shipping partners.
Oh, now you have the photos, what about my replacement?
We send out the replacement within 1 business day upon receiving your photos and verifying the damage. In order to complete the claim with our shipping partner, we will schedule a pickup for the damage package at your location. In some cases, we would need your help to ship it back to us. No worries, we will provide the return shipping label.
For any reasons that you may not be satisfied with your purchases, you have 365 days (1 full year) from the date of purchase to return items to us for a full refund (exceptions apply, see below).
