You can also use your debit and check card from your preferred bank. During checkout, simply select the card indicator from the dropdown menu. We also accept YoYoInk.com gift cards as other form of payment. Sorry, we do not accept checks or money orders. We also do not ship on COD terms at this time.
A 6% tax rate will be charged on orders shipped within the State of Iowa. The tax rate is only applied to the product(s) total. Shipping and other charges will be excluded from the sales tax charges. Non-profit organization, United States Government departments and resellers will be tax exempted. Simply contact our customer service reps and provide us with a copy of your tax exemption certificate, state resale certificate or any other forms of acceptable proof of your tax exempt status.
YoYoInk.com is PCI compliant (PCI compliance helps us make sure your shopping experience with us is as secure as possible; with that, we do not store any of your credit card information). In any occasion, where you face a problem during checkout (whether it is a failed authorization or declined payment) here are a few suggestions:
Contact your bank to verify your billing address information. Please make sure the information provided, such as billing address, is the same as the one entered in the shopping cart. You should also ask your bank about any flagged transaction setups (e.g., first time order flags, high value purchase amount triggers and/or any other security flags) that may have blocked your payment from going through. In some cases, your bank might temporarily hold your card if you have made some purchases with the same card within a short time period. Also, do verify that you are not exceeding your credit limit. No one likes to be charged those over-limit fees!
If you don’t feel like speaking to your bank (being put on hold forever), you can try another credit card.
Most of the time, the suggestions above will take care of this issue. If it’s not, just call us and we will try our best to verify the payment with you. We do not want to lose you as our customer.
